they sold the board with defective washers i wrote an email but they generally left me with this problem! They wrote that I tightened the fins too much, of course, this is nonsense because they sent me a board with mounted fins (yes, I know it is strange). They also promised a surprise when buying, but they didn't give it either. They don't have a very good opinion on the islands, now I understand what for
better avoid, my first experience they sold me a used kite, probably demo, as a new kite. they said it was delivered by another company which is unlikely or stupid for such a big store,
my second experience they couldn´t help me with a failed product. Looks like duotone and kitemana hiding behind each other.
´second hand car seller` Tom also didn´t keep his promise on a good deal to make up for it. There are better, smaller more service friendly shops around
Careful! If you buy a kite at this shop. Blow it up inside your house first. If you blow it up outside and it’s a production damage they will tell you it’s your fault that it’s damaged! Very disappointing when you buy a new kite!

I bought a NORTH pump to pump up my 2022 ORBIT, but the connection is loose and not tight. The funny thing is that the customer service told me that it was normal and perfect, and then the pressure gauge could not display properly; I replaced it with The tubes of AIRUSH and CORE test other kite pressure gauges normally, this is obviously because the tube of NORTH is not closely connected with the air hole of NORTH
I bought stuff off these guys a few times and now and they're customer care is top notch. I ordered a harness off them a few months back but they didn't have any in stock so they rang me and offered a better model at no extra cost. They are also very fast at getting orders shipped out.
I also had an issue while applying discount code on my last order. They refunded me the difference the next day with no hassle.
